Probation is essentially a deal you are making with the court. If the judge puts you on probation, you may have to pay a fine, attend a class, among other requirements as part of your deal. You will be expected to meet those requirements and if you do not meet those requirements, then the judge will revoke your probation and put you in jail. Probation has details, conditions, and limitations and if you don’t meet those three components, then you will end up in jail. The court only cares about compliance and you need to do what the court needs to do. The court sets up a great system and all it wants from you is to meet the rules. If you meet the rules then you get the result and if you don’t meet the rules, then you won’t get the results you want.
