Francina James, Esq., Intake and Client Care Attorney

Francina is one of the first attorneys that you will speak with as an Intake attorney. She will provide you with practical advice, delivered in a compassionate manner. She helps prospective clients gain an overall understanding of their situation, with an eye on delivering realistic, preferred outcomes. Francina is also the attorney that our clients speak with if they have questions or concerns about their ongoing representation. As the Client Care Attorney, she strives to solve client problems and maintain the seamless connection between dynamic representation and stellar customer service. Francina has a B.A. from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor; and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School – Lansing. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. When she is not practicing law, she runs a bed and breakfast with her sister, located in Detroit, MI.
