Family Law Attorney

What You’ll Do
- Handle divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
- Manage your own caseload with full administrative and legal support
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and filings
- Work remotely with occasional in-person court appearances
What We’re Looking For
- Active Michigan Bar license (required)
- At least 1 year of family law experience (required)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines
- Michigan residency

Intake Attorney
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to gather relevant information and understand their legal concerns.
- Evaluate the strength of potential cases and provide accurate, clear legal guidance in accordance with firm standards.
- Establish trust and rapport with clients through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.
- Maintain thorough, organized, and confidential client records.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure timely follow-up to support client engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. (required)
- Minimum of one (1) year of legal experience; family law experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with a remote team.
